Brad Pawlowski received his bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois, in 1993 and his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997 with certification in alternative dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and Federal District Courts, is a member of the Federal Trial Bar and has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in numerous jury and bench trials.  While he still litigates family law cases in Cook, DuPage, Lake and McHenry counties, Brad Pawlowski is also a certified mediator with the Cook County Circuit Court, a member of the Amicable Divorce Network and a fellow with Collaborative Divorce Illinois.  He has served as a mediator and a collaborative law attorney in family law cases for a majority of his career.
