Casey Tuggle, a Cairo, Georgia native, now lives outside of Savannah. While she enjoys practicing in Savannah-proper (Chatham County), she loves pulling on her rural roots in the surrounding counties such as: Effingham, Bryan, Liberty, and Camden. The crux of her practice includes divorce and child custody cases, from legitimations to modifications. In addition to her work as an attorney, Casey volunteers with CASA, so she is very familiar with juvenile court processes as well.

Casey’s clients have appreciated her realism and willingness to not only explain the process – but to walk with them through the process – ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the entire case. Her mission is to help her clients embrace the changes that life brings, improving their quality of life overall. In just over one year of running her own firm based completely on flat fees, Casey has received nearly 30 five-star reviews on Google, noting her as compassionate, efficient, and most notably, "real".

Casey joined ADN to hone in on her abilities to resolve more contentious matters - the ones we never think we'll be able to resolve. Admittedly, the Savannah area's family law network is largely adversarial, and Casey hopes that exposure to the ADN will shift some perspectives and provide more comfortable solutions to everyone's clients.

At this time, Casey is the only Certified Amicable Divorce Professional in the Savannah area.
