Chase Dean is a Realtor® with a focus on divorcing clients working in the Greater Augusta, GA area. Chase got his start in real estate in 2019 when he decided to bring his passion of caring for people and representing others to a career where he could diligently work toward the best outcome for his clients everyday.

Chase began working with divorce clientele in early 2021. After representing his first seller experiencing divorce, Chase noted significant transactional gaps that displayed the ineptitude in himself and his fellow Realtors® to handle clients that were experiencing a divorce. From then on, he sought to learn more about real property in a divorce and how to specialize in helping clients through these particularly complex transactions. 

After over a year of searching through different resources and certifications, Chase decided to pursue his designation as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce or RCS-D®. He then built a team of over twenty professionals and referral partners to best serve all types of divorcing clients regardless of their circumstances. Chase and his team all share the same goal: to protect their clients by helping them make more informed decisions about keeping the marital home, to educate them about the risks of secured house debt, and ultimately to support them through one of the most difficult transitions in their lives.
