Georgia Cherokee County Lawyer- Divorce and Family Law Legal

About

Jenn Geller has practiced law for over 13 years.  Before practicing family law, she was a felony prosecutor handling nearly every kind of case imaginable.  Geller is an aggressive trial attorney from her many years in the courtroom handling mostly crimes against women and children.   Geller’s time as a prosecutor taught her to have no fear in the courtroom, arguing in front of a judge and jury, and presenting evidence about any kind of case.

Geller transitioned to family law in 2018. Doing so was easy for Geller, knowing she wanted to advocate for children and families in a different way.   Prior to starting Geller Law in 2023, Geller worked from 2018-2023 with Speights Law in Canton, representing families, children, parents, grandparents, step-parents, and relatives with all assets of family law.   Geller is skilled at litigating every kind of family law matter including custody modifications, divorces, child support modifications, legitimations, adoptions, contempt, and more.

Geller graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2006, with a degree from the Terry College of Business, and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009. While attending the UGA School of Law, she was elected President of the Student Bar Association.

Geller has a bar license in Georgia and Ohio.

Geller is a persistent, compassion advocate for her clients.  Geller can be trusted to be passionate, honest, thorough, and communicative during your case.  Geller is known for being an excellent communicator with her clients, understanding that litigation is stressful for clients.

Geller is also a well-respected Guardian ad Litem, where she is selected by Judges to act in the best interest of children in contested custody matters.

Geller was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia and now calls Cherokee County home. Geller is a mom, step-mom, wife, and dog mom. Her husband is a Cherokee County fireman.  Geller and her family love the Braves, the Bulldawgs, cooking out, camping, and the beach.
