I am a Financial Planner, CPA, and BFATM with an entrepreneurial background and a passion for helping people achieve their financial objectives. As a licensed Registered Representative and CPA, I bring a tax-efficient approach to my client's financial circumstances. And as a small business owner, I recognize the value of innovative approaches to financial freedom. My decades of accounting experience and my entrepreneurial spirit have formed my philosophy - providing planning, creating confidence.

I obtained my BS Degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1988. I then worked for Arthur Andersen until I took a position as a financial analyst at McDonald’s Corporation’s Regional Accounting Center in Clearwater, Florida. I ultimately became Regional Accounting Supervisor and was then promoted to Assistant Controller in the Atlanta office.

When my three boys were young, I spent a few years at home to devote my time and energy to raising and enjoying them. As they got older, I was looking for a way to fulfill my passion for helping people and make a difference in their lives. In working with my own financial professional at the time, I realized financial planning would allow me to expand on my strengths and qualifications to meet the challenge of a new career.
