I have been in the appraisal profession since 2017, starting off as a trainee.  Since getting licensed in 2020 in PA as a certified residential real estate appraiser, I obtained my certified residential real estate appraiser license in NJ.  

I can complete appraisals for single family, 2-4 unit residential properties, land, and condominium appraisals, including complex appraisals.

Experience in appraisals for mortgages, divorce settlement, property tax appeal, estate planning, construction and renovation.
