With years in the court system, Suzanne has seen how traditional divorce leaves families overwhelmed, financially strained, and emotionally drained. Recognizing a critical gap in support, she created The Freedom Roadmap—a step-by-step process that helps families move through separation with clarity, dignity, and a clear path forward. This approach prioritizes mental health, financial stability, and positive co-parenting, ensuring better and lasting outcomes for parents and children alike.

A recognized leader in family mediation, Suzanne is an advocate for accessible, equitable support, particularly for those facing domestic violence, financial hardship, or systemic barriers. As former President of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (Ottawa Chapter), she has worked to expand resources and improve policies that protect and empower families.
