Tom Boice has been in the appraiser business for 40+ years and his company, Value Able Appraisals currently serves the Southern Nevada cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Pahrump.  Tom is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the board of directors for the Nevada chapter.  

The Value Able team emphasizes working for attorneys, CPA's and individuals.  Our motto is "High Speed, High Standards" and the goal is to assist our clients in making the best possible informed decisions relative to residential real estate values.
